Maureen Peh

Executive Director cum CFO of White Group Singapore

Mrs. Maureen Peh is currently Executive Director cum CFO of White Group Singapore.

From 1968 to 1980, she served as an administrative staff in the Malay Department and the Geography Department of Nanyang University, Singapore for 12 years, and was transferred to the Geography Department of the National University of Singapore as an administrative staff for 14 years from 1980 to 1994.

She accepted the invitation to join Dragonland Group in 1994 and was responsible for the administrative and financial affairs of several wholly-owned subsidiaries of the group. From 1998 to 2000, she formally served as the Singapore Main Board listed company Dragonland Group (Dragonland Ltd) as the vice president of group administration and finance. She also loves traveling, calligraphy, singing, golfing and swimming.

Ng Kee Hoe (Singapore)

Mr. Ng Kee Hoe is a member of White Group Singapore Advisory Committee. He holds a BA(Hons) Second Upper Class Degree in History from Nanyang University. After graduation, Mr. Ng first served National Service with Singapore Armed Forces, and thereafter joined Singapore Police Force (SPF) as Probationary Inspector. In 2001, he achieved the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Singapore Police Force. During his 21 years of service in Singapore Police Force, Mr. Ng held many important positions, including Commander of Central Police Division, Director of Police Training Department and Director of Police National Service Department. In October 1996, he was transferred to Internal Security Department as Deputy Director of Operations and later retired from the position in July 2011.

Mr. Ng’s outstanding contributions to Singapore were affirmed by the country and was awarded National Day Medals in 1993, 2002 and 2008.

Professor Quek Ser Aik (Singapore)

Professor Quek Ser Aik is an Honorary Fellow of National University of Singapore Business School, an associate professor of the Department of Analysis and Operations, and an affiliated professor of the Center for Business Analysis. Professor Tang Loon Ching (Singapore)
Industrial System Engineering and Operations Research and Artificial Intelligence Technology Consultant, White Group Singapore

Professor Tang Loon Ching is member of Advisory Committee of White Group Singapore. Professor Tang was awarded a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Cornell University (USA) in 1992. He is currently a full professor in the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering and Management at the National University of Singapore and an honorary adjunct professor at Harbin Institute of Technology. He served as the head of the department from 2008 to 2015, and served as the director of Temasek’s Defense System from 2014 to 2020. He was elected as the vice chairman of the International Association of Industrial and System Engineers in Asia from 2012 to 2015. He was also invited to become Fellow of the International Engineering Asset Management Association.

Professor Tang graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honours Degree) of the National University of Singapore in 1987 and was hired as a senior teaching assistant. Before going to the United States for further studies in August 1988, he completed an engineering master’s degree in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at NUS. After graduating from a PhD in July 1992, he returned to NUS University and worked in education, scientific research, administration, consulting and training for nearly 30 years.
